Entreprelearners was born out of a realization from our founder, James Basha, who spent over a decade delivering training to companies.
Time and again, James saw employees struggling and feeling lost to determine which skills to develop, and HR and L&D teams feeling powerless to make a meaningful impact.
The lack of personalized, actionable development paths was the root of the problem.
That's when James decided to create Entreprelearners and joined forces with Johan to bring it to life — a platform designed to help employees discover their true talents, passions, and skills through a personalized growth roadmap.
